The HCF provides services to upgrade Device Descriptions in 275 HART Communicator memory modules at a cost of $380 per module. Anyone requiring these services should send their modules with the order form to the following address:

Note: The HC-275 has a limited memory capacity of 1.25, 4, 8 or 12 MB depending on a module. At times it is necessary to eliminate DDs from the memory to install new ones. Please keep this in mind and circle any DDs on the order form that may be removed if necessary. HCF will only remove those DDs necessary to fit the new ones in.
